We bought this for our son for Christmas so we just opened it. When we opened the cap and took off the protective layer and put the cap back on the cap does not work at all to dispense the soap. So every bath we have to remove the lid, it’s wasted so much product as it’s leaking in the inner cap as well. It’s an expensive product to not function properly.
