Best bang for your buck. No frills, no fancy packaging, no unnecessary ingredients or fragrances. Just a medicated wash that works the way it's supposed to. I would get embarrassing breakouts all over my body but mainly on my shoulders, chest, back, and butt. I would look at my butt in the mirror and just cry. Sounds funny saying it but it's true. Even on the hottest days I would cover up because I was so ashamed of my skin. Seriouly depressing. I decided to give this a try because I had nothing to lose anyway. I started to see results within the first week of using it. 3 months later and my skin is almost completely clear. I honestly cannot believe it. What I do is wash my body with my regular body wash, afterwards I move the shower head to the side so the water is not constantly running over me and I rub this wash all over my skin. I use a semi-thin layer and really work it into the skin for about 30 seconds. It does not lather like regular soap because it is more of a medication rather than body wash. Then I rinse it off well. I only use white towels to dry off because IT WILL bleach your towels. After that, I use a 2% salicylic acid pad (Neutrogena) and run that over my problem areas and let dry. You have to add moisture back into the skin so I then use the Cerave moisturizer for Rough and Bumpy skin. It sounds like a long process and it sort of is but it is 110% worth it. My skin is soft and clear and it has never looked better in my entire life. I can finally wear the clothes I want to and I'm not embarrassed to show my skin in public anymore. I highly recommend giving it a try!
